1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GameLinePicks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GameLinePicks provides sports betting analysis, odds comparison, and pick recommendations based on publicly available sportsbook data. The Service is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only.

3. No Guarantee of Results

All picks, analyses, and recommendations are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves risk, and you may lose money. GameLinePicks makes no representations regarding the likelihood of any particular outcome.

3a. Arbitrage ("Guaranteed Profit") Disclaimer

When we label an arbitrage opportunity as "guaranteed profit," this means that if both bets are placed at the exact odds displayed, the mathematical outcome guarantees a profit regardless of the game result. However, this is subject to important conditions:

• Odds move constantly. The odds shown were accurate at the time they were scanned. By the time you place your bets, one or both lines may have changed, reducing or eliminating the arbitrage opportunity.
• Both bets must be placed. Placing only one side of an arbitrage exposes you to normal betting risk with no guaranteed outcome.
• Sportsbook terms apply. Sportsbooks may void bets, limit accounts, or restrict arb bettors. Some sportsbooks explicitly prohibit arbitrage betting in their terms of service.
• Execution risk. Delays between placing the first and second bet may result in changed odds on the second leg.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from failed arbitrage execution, odds changes, voided bets, or sportsbook account restrictions.

The word "guaranteed" refers strictly to the mathematical relationship between the displayed odds at the time of scanning and does not constitute a guarantee of profit by GameLinePicks.

3b. Pick Updates and Expiration

Picks are based on odds at the time of analysis. Because lines move continuously, picks may be updated or expired before the game starts:

• Updated picks: If the odds change but the edge remains, the pick may be updated with new odds, EV, and confidence. Always verify the current line before placing a bet.
• Expired picks: If the line moves enough that the edge no longer exists, the pick will be marked as "expired" and removed from active recommendations. Expired picks are not counted as wins or losses in our track record.
• Timing: Picks are generated for games starting within approximately 36 hours. Early lines for games further out are not covered due to higher volatility.

You should always confirm current odds with your sportsbook before placing any wager. A pick that showed value at 8 AM may no longer have value by the afternoon.

4. Not Financial or Gambling Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to place any specific wager. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any associated financial consequences.

5. Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. You are responsible for ensuring that online sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction before placing any wagers.

6. Affiliate Links

The Service may contain affiliate links to third-party sportsbooks. GameLinePicks may earn a commission when you sign up or place bets through these links. This does not affect the picks or analysis provided. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or practices of any third-party sportsbook.

7. Account and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on GameLinePicks — including text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and analysis — is the property of GameLinePicks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameLinePicks and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided, including any financial losses from sports betting.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
