GameLinePicks does not sell your personal information for money. However, when third-party advertising and analytics partners place cookies or similar identifiers on your device through our site, that activity may qualify as "sharing" under California law. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension transmits a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser. Browsers and extensions that support GPC include Brave, DuckDuckGo, Firefox (with extensions), and others.
Email privacy@gamelinepicks.com with the subject "CCPA Opt-Out". Include the email address associated with your account (if any) and confirm that you are requesting opt-out from the sale or sharing of your personal information. We will process the request within 15 business days.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and disable third-party tracking. Mobile devices include "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) and "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) settings.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization and we may need to verify your identity directly.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Opting out does not change your access to the Service, nor does it affect the picks or analysis we provide.
